Thuy (pronounced ‘twee’) Burritt, is a fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor, a certified Total Barre instructor, and a Primal Health Coach Certified. Thuy is the owner of WellFit4ever (formally Fit Pilates Al Ain studio).

Following the birth of her second child, Thuy had a nagging back complaint which set her on her journey of discovering how Pilates could strengthen and heal her back so she could return to the active, self-motivated and energetic woman that she is. She applies her persistent and inspiring attitude  consistently to all areas of her life which meant that Thuy was soon on her way to health and the nagging pain and discomfort had disappeared. Armed with the realisation that her journey to health and wellness could help others, Thuy put her efforts into becoming a fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor. Thuy is qualified to teach Pilates mat, reformer, cadillac, chair and barrels, as well as injury and special populations, from beginner to advanced level.

Thuy’s dynamic, creative and nurturing teaching style catapulted her classes to the forefront of the health and wellness community and continues to do so today with both expats and local Emiratis where she lives in the Abu Dhabi Emirate of the United Arab Emirates. Her background in marketing and her strong business sense springboarded her classes from a spare room in her villa where she taught mat classes to small groups of maximum four students to a spacious studio that hosts groups of up to 14 students. Her studio is fully equipped with various props and top-quality Pilates apparatus made by Balance Body Inc. Her services include group classes (mat & props) and private sessions. One of her main aims is to educate clients with techniques and forms so that they find greater body awareness and continue to improve physical balance and fitness. She especially focuses on correcting muscle imbalance to improve posture, strength and overall fitness while inspiring you to become the best version of you.

Thuy’s passion for life-long learning includes a love of cooking and nutrition. The fact that Thuy, her husband and two children have many food intolerances spurred her on to become a Primal Health coach. She admits that making delicious and nutritious food without the allergens is a constant challenge but she is up for it. “I enjoy the challenge, that’s why I became a certified Primal Health coach. Many of my good recipes are shared here on this website. They are all easy-to-make recipes, gluten-free and mostly Primal/Paleo suitable. If you need advice with a nutrition and/or exercise program, I am here to help!”
