Studio Equipment

My studio is fully equipped with state-of-the-art Pilates apparatus, including the Cadillac/trapeze table, studio reformer, combo chair, ladder barrel, arc, the MOTR®, and various Pilates props–therapy balls, stability balls, weight balls, foam rollers, magic circle, resistant bands, sliding discs, rotator discs, etc. Clients will be trained on all equipment, depending on each individual needs.

Studio Amenities

Private setting.
Enjoy your training in a bright, quiet and fully equipped studio.
Waiting area, private bathroom/changing room are comfortable and clean.
WellFit4EVER® studio is an eco-friendly studio. Only non toxic and hypoallergenic cleaning and washing products are used throughout the premises.
There’s an air purifier inside studio to ensure good air quality.
A humidifier is on in the winter months when the heater is on.

Studio Policy

STUDIO ATTIRE

Wear comfortable stretchy fabric for ease of movement. Leggings are ideal for the ladies. Joggers are recommended for male clients. If you prefer wearing shorts, please wear light weight cycling shorts or yogi style shorts or tights underneath.
Clean socks for hygiene purpose. Socks with non-slip grips on bottoms are recommended but not required for first-time clients.
If you have medium to long hair, bring a hair band.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION

Advanced booking is required for all sessions. No walking please.
To booking a session: text me @ 540-688-7121. Be sure to include your name and your preferred days and times. Please understand that I do not answer the phone during my teaching. I will check text messages and get back with you as soon as I can.
Once we settle on a date and time, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required (for first time clients) to secure your booking. Please send this deposit via Zelle or Venmo.
Rescheduling and cancelation are free when made 24 hours in advance prior to a scheduled appointment.
No-shows: clients who do not show up to their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full price of the schedule appointment.
Late arrivals: if you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be shortened and may be rescheduled entirely, depending on availability. The full appointment fee will still apply.
