VIRTUAL GROUP CLASS

My virtual group classes are mat-based Pilates and Barre. We utilize simple household objects, such as towel, dining chair, dumbbells, and small Pilates props, including resistant band, mini stability ball, foam roller, Pilates ring, etc. Classes are limited to 10 students. All ages are welcome. Although, these classes are not recommended for completely-new-to-Pilates. Exercises are modified according to each individual’s needs. Everyone receives appropriate corrections throughout class. If you have zero experience with Pilates please book for a private session prior to joining these classes.
