5 All-in-One Smoothies, Healthy Breakfast Replacements

I make sure every member of my family starts the day with one of these smoothies. I add important supplements to the smoothie to make sure it is a meal replacement. The main supplements I usually add include, collagen, calcium, Vitamin C, and chia. All are in powder form and flavorless.

I will not go into details about each supplement, you can research more about them and decide what would you like to add to your smoothie. What I include in the following recipes are my own suggestions. You can absolutely try others, such as magnesium or protein according to your needs. Or you can omit the supplement completely if you think you don’t need them. The favor of the smoothies should not be affected. They should be equally delicious. The texture of the smoothie, however, may change. For instance, the collagen and chia thicken the smoothie and create more creamy texture; so without those, your smoothie would be more liquify.

I use Great Lakes Gelatin Collagen, Now Vitamin C Crystals and Now Calcium Citrate Pure Powder. They are great quality products for the prices; and I highly recommend them. If you use different brands, make sure you follow the recommended serving amounts stated on the package labels. Also, I use pure coconut water as the base liquid for all my smoothies. I cannot promise the same great taste if you use plain water.
