Delicious Healthy Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado, medium size
3 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
3 tablespoons pure cocoa powder
3-4 tablespoons almond milk or other non-dairy milk
A pinch of sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Garnish options: strawberry slices, chocolate flakes, fresh mint leaves, or toasted coconut flakes.
Method
In a small blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth. You can also use a handheld blender. Spoon mixture over serving glasses and garnish with your choice of topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be stored (covered) in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
