Pilates–My Secret to Mobility

We all have to keep moving to keep fit and healthy. A knee injury and some joint pains meant that I needed to avoid high impact exercise. Since first trying Pilates, I have made it a priority. By developing a strong core, I have kept mobile and active and I feel good.

Thuy manages to keep coming up with new routines to wake up core muscles we didn’t even know existed! By using a variety of interesting equipment and some core mat sessions, no Pilates hour is ever the same. She also has a unique ability to adapt exercises to accommodate individual strengths and weaknesses (and injuries). Thanks Thuy, we are so fortunate to have you in Al Ain!
