Virtual classes require a Pilates mat or a cushion floor like carpet. Each class is a full body workout. Standing work is often incorporated. We use a various of household objects and small props, such as stretchy band, small stability ball, foam roller, small weights, Swiss ball, paper plates or gliders, towel, water bottles (as alternatives for small weights), chair, etc.
If you don’t have all the props, don’t worry! Class will be programed based on what equipment/exercise prop all members have. You can slowly investing in props as you go. Everything we use for our virtual classes is very inexpensive.
