Our studio follows school holidays. No group classes during summer and Christmas holidays. Private lessons may continue during holidays if instructor is available.

We are currently taking registrations for all classes. If you have not signed up for your classes or private lessons, please send WhatsApp message to Thuy (twee) @ +971-50-3218677 or fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page.

Our studio opens 15 minutes prior to the start of classes. Please come in and make yourself comfortable. The studio will also be open as needed for private lessons. If you visit during off hours, we’re sorry we missed you. Please feel free to contact us using the contact form below.

  • TotalBarre: 45-55 minutes, depending on the intensity
  • Pilates: 55-60 minutes
  • Yoga: 75 minutes

  • 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM: currently available for private lessons (by appointments)
  • 4:30 PM: Mat Pilates

Monday

  • 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM: currently available for private lessons (by appointments)

Tuesday

  • 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM: currently available for private lessons (by appointments)
  • 4:30 PM: Vinyasa Strength Flow Yoga (75 mins)

Wednesday

  • 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM: currently available for private lessons (by appointments)
  • 4:30 PM: Pilates Equipment Circuit

Thursday

  • 8:00 AM: Pilates Equipment Circuit
  • 9:15 AM – 1:00 PM: currently available for private lessons (by appointments)

Friday

  • Closed

Saturday

  • 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM: available for private lessons at weekend rate (+15%)
