Virtual Group Class–One Month Access

One month access: Mondays & Thursdays at 8:30 AM EST (8-9 classes each month).

Class duration: 55 minutes.

Cancelation is free when made 12 hours in advance prior to your class time. If you have paid for a class but cannot attend, you can request for class recording which will be accessible for 7 days.
