One-on-one Training in Studio
Client will be trained using the full suite of Pilates apparatus. Your training is tailored to your personal needs and goals. Ideal for everyone, from beginner to advanced clients, including clients with special conditions–pregnancy, post rehabilitation, Osteoporosis, Scoliosis, etc.
One-on-one Training on Zoom
Private sessions are instructed via Zoom. You will train from the comfort of your own home or anywhere in the world. All you need are a smart phone, tablet or computer with a good internet connection, a mat, and any small equipment you may have, such as hand-weights, resistant band, foam roller, stability ball, etc. Prior to your first virtual lesson, I will help you setting up your device and training station. Your training will be customized to your specific needs and goals. I will observe and correct your every move just as you were in the studio with me. Virtual private lessons are convenient and equally effective as in-studio lessons.
Virtual Group Classes
My virtual classes are LIVE (real-time) operated on Zoom. Students can attend class in the comfort of your own space from anywhere in the world. All you need are a smart phone, tablet or computer with a good internet connection, a mat, and some small household items and equipment you may already have in your home, such as a pillow case or hand towel, a dining chair, a pair of paper plates, hand-weights, resistant band, foam roller, stability ball, etc. Students will be informed a week in advance what equipment you need for the class. Prior to your first virtual class, I will help you setting up your device and training station. I will instruct, correct students’ forms and offer modifications according to individual needs. Virtual classes are convenient and equally effective as in-studio classes.
