Terms and Conditions

FOR PRIVATE SESSIONS

  • Five session pack expires 60 days from date of purchase.
  • Ten session pack expires 90 days from date of purchase.
  • Cancelation is free when made 12 hours prior to your booked time. In case of late change of plan, contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your session. I always try my best to reschedule you and not charging you. If it is a late cancelation and we cannot agree on a time to reschedule then your session will be charged in full. Please understand that I cannot book someone in replacement at such late notice. I appreciate your respecting this policy.

FOR VIRTUAL GROUP CLASSES

  • All class payments are final. No make-up or roll over to next month.
  • Booking: text message (preferred) to (540) 688-7121, or use this contact form.
  • Cancelation is free when made 12 hours in advance prior to your class time. If you have paid for a class but cannot attend, you can request for class recording which will be accessible for 7 days.
  • If you choose to pay as you go, please check with me a head of time for availability.

PAYMENT

  • All sessions must be paid in advance.
  • WellFit4EVER does not offer refund. All payments are final. 
  • Cash, check and Venmo payments are accepted.
