Granola Date Bars (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free, Refined Sugar Free)

These Granola Date Bars are perfect snacks for work and school. This is a fault proof recipe. You can easily make it more or less sweet by adjusting the amount of dates or palm sugar.

You can certainly use normal quick oat instead of gluten-free oat if gluten is not your concern. You can also swap coconut milk for half & half dairy cream if you prefer dairy instead of coconut milk. You can substitute butter with ghee if you want to avoid milk protein completely.
